Thibstas started from the factory floor. Our founding team saw a massive gap: businesses knew what to build, but couldn’t execute. Plants ran below capacity. Systems were outdated. Talent was mismatched. The gap between knowing and doing was costing companies millions.
So we built the first platform to fix it. Then another. Then another. Today, Thibstas is a multi-platform ecosystem — each solving a real problem, each built from first principles, each run by people who own the outcome.
